Terms of Purchase

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase are formulated to standardize the commodity transaction behavior between the platform and global users, clarify the rights, obligations and transaction norms of both parties in the purchase transaction process, and apply to all commodity purchase orders generated on this website. All users who complete order browsing, selection, payment and transaction on the platform are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms of these purchase terms.

2. Transaction Currency Standard

All commodity transactions on this website adopt a unified USD settlement currency standard. All commodity unit prices, order total prices and after-sales refund amounts are calculated and settled in USD. The platform does not support other currency settlement methods, and all transaction processes are based on USD data to ensure the standardization and consistency of global transactions.

3. Order Delivery Rules

After the user completes the valid payment of the order, the platform will complete the internal sorting, quality inspection and delivery of the ordered goods within 1 to 3 working days. After the goods are delivered to the global logistics system, the standard delivery time to the user’s designated delivery address is 6 to 12 working days. The platform will strictly abide by the delivery time limit standard, and ensure the orderly progress of order delivery and transportation.

4. Global Freight and Tariff Rules

The platform provides global free shipping services for all commodities, and users do not need to bear any logistics and transportation fees. All tariff expenses and customs clearance-related expenses incurred during the cross-border transportation of commodities shall be fully borne by the platform. Users only need to pay the displayed commodity transaction price, and there is no any additional hidden fee expense in the whole transaction process.

5. Return and After-Sales Rules

The platform provides a 60-day global universal return service cycle. Within the valid return cycle, users can apply for return and after-sales processing for all eligible purchased commodities in accordance with the platform’s official rules. After the platform receives and verifies the returned goods without abnormalities, it will complete the official refund processing within 5 to 10 working days, and the full refund will be returned to the user’s original payment account.

6. Order Validity and Modification Rules

After the user completes the payment, the order is automatically valid and cannot be modified arbitrarily. If the user needs to adjust the order information before delivery, he can contact the official customer service team through the Contact Us page to apply for modification. The platform will modify the order information for users under the premise of conforming to the transaction rules.

7. Transaction Responsibility Specification

Both the platform and the user shall abide by the transaction terms and fulfill their respective obligations. The platform shall deliver the goods in accordance with the stipulated time limit and product standards, and provide perfect after-sales service guarantee; users shall complete the transaction payment in accordance with the order rules, and abide by the platform’s return and after-sales processing specifications. Both parties shall jointly maintain the standardization and legitimacy of online transaction behaviors.
